"Think globally, act locally", is the "philosophical slogan" which has inspired Fabbri since its foundation, partly thanks to a managerial structure which blends well with the traditional family element.
It was, once again, Gennaro Fabbri who initially began to export the Fabbri name from Bologna to the rest of Italy during the early years of the company's existence. In the post-war period, his sons and grandsons crossed the national borders to spread the word about "the sweetness of Fabbri" throughout Europe. This philosophy continues under the current management, who have taken Italian-style desserts to 100 countries worldwide.
