Amarena Fabbri has broken a new record! The filling of the biggest praline in the world is the best Amarena in the world
On Saturday 21 January at the 33rd edition of Sigep, Fabbri entered the Guinness World Record book for the third time with the biggest praline in the world! This enormous chocolate is filled with delicious amarena and was created by Mirco Della Vecchia and his staff.
The enormous praline, which measures 1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter, was presented in the area dedicated to Cake Design (D1), to the amazement of everyone present. "To prepare this huge chocolate - explains Della Vecchia – it was necessary to create a praline mold which was one meter by one meter, and to create the shell of the chocolate, we brushed the mold with chocolate 26 times”.
The delicious filling of this praline is made of Amarena, and this precious ingredient has been celebrated with the creation of a sugar sculpture in the form of an Amarena, by Stéphane Klein.
The chocolate was then donated to the Community of Barefooted Carmelites of Arezzo which then cut up the praline and sold the pieces in 100g bags. The proceeds will go towards the creation of a chocolate workshop destined for the rehabilitation and training of people with social problems.
Once again, Fabbri is a record-breaking company!
