Jérôme Paradis lives and works on the Atlantic coast of western France.
He has honed his craft with passion since 1995, gaining experience not only in traditional pastries, but also as a master gelato and chocolate maker.
In 1999, this highly satisfying career led him to collaborate with Fabbri, where he transmits the craft and art of pastry baking to others.
In the eyes of Jérôme Paradis, his creations, even the simplest, most traditional of them, go well beyond mere flavor and consistency and into the realm of emotions, memories and ritual. If a dessert was just a dessert, it’s likely that Jérôme wouldn’t love his job as much as he does.
