2012: a year full of novelties
From 21 to 25 January 2012 we introduced our new products at the 33rd edition of SIGEP, the International Trade Fair for the Artisan Gelato, Confectionery and Break-Baking industries.
It is the most important event in the sector, and should not be missed by anyone who works in the industry. Once again this year, we took part with lots of sweet new products and surprises. There were ingredients for artisan gelato, equipment and furnishings, as well as plenty of conferences, workshops and technical demonstrations for pastry chef in our corner at the Rimini Trade Fair
