His record of academic achievements and professional career show us that, after having managed several cafés and bars, he now works as a barista trainer with Italian F&B companies (coffee roasters, espresso machines suppliers, syrup producers, etc.) and barista academies.
His typical responsibilities include supporting sales departments with training courses and workshops.
In addition, he also works as a franchising project consultant with Italian coffee-roasting companies, taking care of new openings of coffee shops, staff training, and menu design.
This has given him the opportunity to develop a solid background, as well as important skills such as the ability to stay on top of things (manage projects, meet deadlines, etc.) and to be a good team player.
