Fabbri Master Class professional schools provide high-level training for gelato makers, pastry chefs, bartenders and baristas abroad, while making a great contribution to promoting the art of Italian cuisine.
With courses provided in the company’s foreign offices and in the offices of our leading importers, Fabbri Master Class is the main point of reference for basic and advanced-level training for pastry chefs, gelato makers, bartenders and baristas throughout the world.
These training centers are managed by Fabbri and feature instructors who are nationally and internationally recognized professionals in their respective industries and have years of experience in training and development.
Fabbri Master Class course are free of charge, and class size ranges from a minimum of ten participants to a maximum of thirty. Courses last for one or two days, depending on the topic concerned. The course syllabus includes both theory and practice. For the theory phase, instructors share their knowledge by way of highly effective teaching methods, often with the help of multimedia teaching materials and tools. The skills learned are then put into practice using all of the equipment needed for the task.
At the end of the course, each participant is given a certificate of attendance and valuable learning materials, including both information packets and recipes. But the training doesn’t stop there. Fabbri Master Class centers also provide course participants with help in defining sales and marketing strategies, as well as in the more technical aspects of the job.
The content of Fabbri Master Class courses is defined by the instructors based on local preferences, the availability of ingredients, and all other factors that are key to a successful recipe (local temperatures, humidity, etc.).
