Over a century ago, a passion for fine dining led Gennaro, the company’s founder, to enter the desserts business with his famous Amarena fruit syrups and cherries in liqueur. The commitment of the generations to come to maintaining the great wholesomeness of the company’s products has resulted in the creation of many new flavors, all in line with the company’s mission.
Today, Fabbri owes its international fame to this great emphasis that the company has always placed on the quality of its products. But what exactly is quality? According to the ISO 9000 standards, it is the set of characteristics of a product that enable it to meet needs, both expressed and implied. As such, quality is not an absolute measure, but one which is relative to the needs of the consumer.
Quality is to be seen as an attribute that is able to direct the consumer to food products that both taste good and are good for you, i.e. products that give the most that food has to provide. In that sense, the most important qualities of Fabbri’s products are:
- safety, i.e. the guarantee that the product contains no harmful substances;
- flavor, basically that the product tastes good;
- nutrition, i.e. that the product is good for your health.
