The 32nd edition of SIGEP, the world’s leading trade show for the pastry and artisan gelato industries, is to be held at the Rimini fairgrounds from 22 to 26 January 2011. Here is a selection of the new Fabbri products that are to be presented during the event.
According to the latest Confartigianato figures, artisan gelato is one of the best performing markets in terms of growth, investments and business start-ups. In order to be successful in such a competitive marketplace, artisan gelato makers need to excel both in terms of variety, naturally enough, and in terms of product quality. For this reason, Fabbri has decided to launch new products to meet the needs of consumers who are increasingly careful about the decisions they make and always on the lookout for new flavors.
At the 32nd edition of SIGEP, Fabbri will be presenting the following new flavors for the Simplè, Delipaste, Crockoloso and marbling lines for professional gelato makers and pastry chefs.
Cotton candy: a new Simplè flavor for kids, featuring a light blue color and decorated with colorful candy stars. It will be sold as a kit with 6 tins of Simplè flavoring and a 1kg can of candy stars.
Gianduione: a new flavor to enhance the already rich Gianduia Delipaste line. A smooth, bitter paste for the most demanding sweet tooth.
Pistachio Crockoloso: a true classic and one of the most popular gelato flavors, now available as a crunchy marbling.
Crema Gelato: the new line for making soft, creamy yogurt-flavored gelato using just a soft-serve machine. Excellent when personalized with any of the many marblings and toppings that Fabbri has to offer.
