Cool and fluffy, Fabbri Crema Gelato Fiordilatte is the new specialty that enables you to make excellent dairy desserts in no time. Soft and creamy, you can punch it up with Amarena Fabbri and the cherry syrup, with crumbled amaretto, or chocolate and candy sprinkles.
You can easily create a variety of delicious desserts by adding Fabbri Kroccant (white chocolate also available) or one of Fabbri’s toppings, which come in over 25 flavors. CremaGelato comes in 500g packages, and all you need is a pitcher and 2 liters of milk to prepare an excellent dessert.
Just mix up the ingredients then pour it all into a soft-serve machine, and in less than hour your CremaGelato will be ready to serve, without waste and in a manner that is totally hygienic. One package makes forty 60g servings.
