So why not a frozen coffee or a shot glass of modern tiramisu? Specialties such as these are easy with CremaFredda Caffè (in 0.750kg packets) or Selen Cremadilatte Fabbri (in 0.750kg packets).
Making a coffee-flavored Crema Fredda is easy. Just pour a packet in a pitcher, add 3 liters of milk and pour the result into a soft-serve machine. After about 90 minutes, your coffee cream will be ready. Just pour it into a glass and decorate it with Fabbri toppings or with Kroccant. In addition to coffee, the Crema Fredda line also includes Cioccolato, featuring the intense flavor of chocolate and yogurt. And tiramisu is just as easy. The process is the same. Just place some sponge cake dipped in coffee at the bottom of the glass, pour in the cream, and top it off with Zabaione Fabbri.
