Classrooms

The classrooms and laboratories of the Spiga school are at the commercial offices of Fabbri S.p.A, Via Emilia Ponente, 276, Bologna. Spiga is supported by a facility fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, which is regularly updated.

It covers approximately 500 square metres, and its classrooms are equipped with modern facilities:

• Classroom complete with PC workstations.
• Classroom used as a laboratory for the production of artisan ice-cream.
• Classroom used as a laboratory for the production of confectionery goods and coffees.
• Three lecture rooms, with all the facilities required to offer the latest training methods.
