Basic level gelato-making course

The basic level gelato-making course is aimed at people who have only recently started working in the sector, as well as everyone who feels the need to consolidate their professional experience. The course programme involves both theoretical lessons and practical demonstrations.  During the theoretical lessons, the basic principles of the job will be explained and the essential tools and techniques for doing the job in the correct way will be illustrated.
In particular, there will be discussion about the modern techniques available for creating the correct balance, aimed at the construction of numerous personalised recipes.
Furthermore, the course will involve suggestions about how to create a good assortment of flavours, and how to enhance this assortment thanks to the best presentation techniques.
The practical demonstrations, in addition, will allow you to see what you have learned in practice, and will be an opportunity, for those who wish, to join our teachers and assist in the demonstration.

Terms of payment

We offer extremely attractive promotions that allow you to take part in the courses with only a minimal financial investment. Payment can only be made by bank transfer, only when availability of places has been confirmed, and at least 10 days before the start date. Enrolment fees are shown net of VAT. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid for the course, net of VAT, which can be converted into Fabbri products. The voucher is valid for two years from the date of receipt.
