Products and syrups for ice-cream and pastry making sector. Fabbri was established in 1905 by its founder, Gennaro Fabbri. Gradually the tuns started to turning out the first syrups, the first flavours included the now famous MENTA (mint) e alla GRANITA (Soft Crushed Ice). The 'best seller' Amarena Fabbri was joined by a new range of speciality ice cream making products. Up till then the artisan ice-cream maker had had to relay on personal inventiveness and traditional ice-cream making recipes, but the time was just ripe for new products and techniques capable of guaranteeing constant quality and maximum hygiene. Fabbri's then new semi-processed products was the right answer to this growing demand for safe, quality ice-cream and they also stimulated the creativity. In 1985 Fabbri acquired GELITO a line of products chiefly marketed through specialized wholesalers
